Additional Property Attributes

The main portion of the property is being redeveloped into the new Sandoval County Judicial Complex which will house a number of county Agencies. Other portions of the property will be mixed use commercial and Transit facility for a transportation system for Sandoval County, as well as a Senior Citizens Community Center and several acres of green space on the 56 acre property.
