Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was used as a sawmill beginning in 1948. The mill processed Douglass Fir into studs. There was a log pond that has since been breached. A 1948 Aerial photograph shows a small structure adjacent to a log pond. There is a conical burner that is still present on the Subject Property. Other activities on the property included a truck shop, and a residence. Currently, the Subject Property is vacant and undeveloped. The Site is primarily vegetated and forested. There are no structures on the property other than the conical burner. The conical burner contains a thick of wood ash and charcoal that likely contain ls, dioxins and furans. There was likely a septic system that connected the buildings. Presently, there is scattered trash and vehicles on the property. There are no occupants on the property.

Former Use: Former Lumber Saw Mill from Late 1940's until 1960's. Property is currently held in trust by the BIA. The property is undeveloped.
