Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was used by Spartan Mills - Beaumont for textile manufacturing from the late 1880s until the mid 1990s. Dyeing and finishing operations were performed at the property from the early 1900s until the 1960s. Portions of the property and mill buildings were renovated beginning around 2004. A portion of the mill building is occupied by the Southern Conference administration operations, while the remaining interior space is unoccupied.
