Additional Property Attributes

Phase II concluded that RCRA metals, TEH, and VOC constituents were detected at or below their respective statewide standards, and cumulative cancer and non-cancer health risks for a resident were below regulatory limits, therefore no further investigation or remedial actions appear to be warranted at this time. Property forms half of the Jones Community Garden, still in operation nearly 10 years later, and features 17 raised plots, shed, and well water access and works with a local pantry to address healthy food insecurities.
