Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was first developed in the late 1800s for residential purposes. Starting in the 1970s and continuing through the 1990s, most of on-site buildings were abandoned and/or demolished. The property is currently overgrown with scrub, shrub and trees. The current owner of the property is Pawtucket Central Falls Development (PCF). Prior to ownership by PCF, the property was owned by Ferland Corporation and various residential owners. PDF intends to redevelop the property and adjoining properties as a residential housing complex.
