Additional Property Attributes

Lake front property within the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Tribal Reservation boundary. Adjacent to St. Regis Papaer Co. Superfund site. The City of Cass Lake (with tribal input), is also assessing redevelopment plans for portions of the adjacent Superfund site. Redevelopment of the former box factory property may be coordinated with such redevelopment. Both the City and tribe have significant needs for additional economic development and expansion of residential housing.
