Additional Property Attributes

The site was historically used as a machine shop & service station dating back to 1911. The service station ceased operations prior to 1964. The property was donated to the City of Vale in January 1994. The site was vacant for at least 15 years. The City obtained a 1 million CDBG in July 2010 for the construction of a senior center on the property.
