Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to the Elkhart County property records the building at the Site was constructed in 1972. In 1985 the current owner, Waurika Properties, LLC purchased the Site to house Interior Accessories Inc. Interior Accessories Inc. assembled custom interiors for vans and recreational vehicles RVs. Interior Accessories Inc. occupied the Site until 2002 when A-1 Coupling & Hose took occupancy. A-1 Coupling & Hose utilized the Site for storage until approximately October of 2008. The Site was vacant during the time following A-1 Coupling & Hose occupancy and January 2010 when the current occupants, Car Tech II, moved into the building at the Site.
