Additional Property Attributes

The Riverside Business Park is a 4.45� acre parcel of land located along North Riverside Drive and Absecon Boulevard in the City of Atlantic City. The city is proposing to redevelop the property with commercial development and is currently negotiating property acquisition on the some of the remaining waterfront lots. An application for brownfield development area was submitted to the NJDEP in March 2009.

Former Use: The majority of the property is currently undeveloped, vacant land. The southeastern portion of the Subject Property is developed with a gasoline service station and a commercial building used as an animal shelter.
