Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA report identified RECs Phase II evaluated physical and chemical data to determine if actual environmental impairment occurred in association to RECs. The secondary decision determined this property is not environmentally impaired above site-specific levels however, Terracon recommends enrolling the site into the LRP for IDNR approval that the site groundwater qualifies for a Nonused Groundwater in a Protected Groundwater Source.

Former Use: Historically site developed with three residential structures. Several abandoned vehicles and domestic debris onsite. 20 percent buildings/paved areas 80 percent vegetated areas.
