Former Use: The Site consists of four irregularly shaped parcels totaling approximately 1.15 acres. The Site appears to have been developed as early as 1915 with three free-standing buildings. The structures were used for residential purposes until at least 1945. By 1953, the Site was entirely used for commercial purposes. Based on historical records search, a portion of the site appeared to have 2 gasoline tanks form at least 1950-1963. City Directories list the site as being used as a garage and/or filling station from at least 1935-1974. It is unknown whether or not the tanks were properly removed or whether potential leaks from the tanks were properly investigated.
