Additional Property Attributes

The site is a current underdeveloped parcel of land and covered with overgrown grass, small trees and bushes. Past records reviewed showed the site to be occupied by industrial or manufacturing concerns, landfill or dumping facilities, drycleaners or gasoline stations.

Former Use: The site is an underdeveloped parcel of land and covered with overgrown grass, small trees and bushes. Past record reviewed showed the site to be occupied by industrial or manufacturing concerns, landfill or dumping facilities, drycleaners or gasoline stations and due to the diligent maintenace of the facility, no hazardous materials were observed in exterior areas. The site is owned by the Government of the District of Columbia and is situated within a mixed commercial/retail and residential portion of North East DC. Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps dated as far back as 1904 showed the site to be improved with 10 residential homes and several commercial/retail buildings and the residential homes appeared across Patterson and North Capitol Streets. No REC was found during the Phase 1 assessment.
