Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Site consists of two parcels (366 and 360-362 Deerfield Street) under the same owner. The site is primarily used as an auto junkyard and has been since the 1960s. Other previous uses include an auto service station, an oil company, and a wood dealer. The structure on the site was built in 1927 and has a storefront for the junkyard business and two apartments.
