Additional Property Attributes

The site comprise of a 1.02 acres of land and is improved with a 34,000 sq ft four story building that was constructed circa 1920 which means that the building might be a potential for the presence of Asbestors Containing Material ACM because of its age. The building was at a recent time occupied by The Henry and Annie Hurt Home for the Blind but is currently vacant.

Former Use: The 3050 R Street property is located at 3050 R Street, NW Washington DC within a mixed residential area of the Georgetown neighborhood. The site is improved with a four story building, an asphalt-paved parking lot and a landscaped areas of small trees, bushes and grasses in an outlying areas. The building was constructed circa 1920 but is currently empty and has been empty for approximately two years. The building was most recently occupied by The Henry and Hurt Home for the Blind.Records indicated that the SITE is owned by the District of Colimbia Government and is zoned R-3RESIDENTIAL
