Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property encompassed a portion of Spring Creek and a portion of one of its tributaries in the historic downtown city core of Cordova, bounded to the west by the abandoned railway parallel to Commerce Street, to the north by Burlington Avenue, and to the east by the eastern boundary of the Piggly Wiggly property. The subject property is defined as the bed and bank of portions of Spring Creek and an unnamed tributary, approximately 5 to 10 feet wide. The subject property was located in an area characterized by commercial properties, residential developments, and retail businesses.
