Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consists of a single parcel of land with an assessed area of 2.79 acres that is currently partially occupied by a single building. Although historical topographic maps and aerial photographs differ slightly on specifics as to when particular development projects In 1975 the Site was owned by Richard and Helen Matchitte and was transferred in 1982 to Richard Stout, Philip Lux, Charles Miller and Richard Treckelo; DBA Group Four Ind. Ptr. (Group Four). The site was leased from Group Four by Bru-Bec-Sto for industrial purposes in the 80�s. The Site was sold to Larry Snow in 1992 and transferred to MDC Realty, LLC in 1999 and to the Larry Snow Charitable Remainder Trust in 2004 by Quit Claim Deed (QCD). The Site is currently used for RV storage.occurred at the Site, documents suggest that the Site remained largely agricultural or vacant until the early 1970s. Commercial development of the Site appears to have occurred in 1972 and consisted of construction of a warehouse style building, driveways and parking areas.
