Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Lots Numbered Two (2) through Five (5) in Pleasant View Subdivision in the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 35 North, Range 6 East.; The property was developed and used for row-crop agricultural production for the majority of the 20th Century. The property appears to have been developed for residential use by 1957. The property was purchased by Hoskins on February 21, 2002. It is suspected (but unconfirmed) that the site was purchased in response to the discovery of PCE or other contaminants. The contaminants at the site are believed to be associated with a groundwater contamination plume originating on the Hoskins manufacturing facility to the east.
