Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is occupied by a vacant five-story masonry building with a full basement constructed in 1907. The site was formerly occupied by a variety of businesses including a bank, bar, convenience store, hair salon, second-hand store, dress shop, trading card store, and residential establishment dba Belvada Apartments. The Phase I ESA identified an abandoned fuel oil boiler and storage tank as a REC, the Phase II ESA found elevated levels for TPH, but no exceedances of VOCs, or PAHs indicated in soil samples collected from the basement floor. The Phase II ESA did confirm the presence of some ACMs, LBP, and elevated mold in the form of pencillium/aspergillus.
