Grace University would like to purchase the property and develope the baseball fields to soccar fiels. The city council, neighborhood association and Lauritzen Garden have been involved in planning and are supportive for this positive change to the neighborhood.

Former Use: Prior to the 1980's this site was an unregulated landfill. After 1980 the site developed into two baseball fields used by the neighborhood, but curretnly do not get much use.
