Additional Property Attributes

Due to the age of the building structure, potential environmental concerns include asbestos containing materials, lead based paint, and PCB-containing lamp ballasts. Additionally, the room in which the X-Ray machine is/was operated may possess a lead lining built into the walls. These issues can be managed in place as long as the building materials are properly maintained. Testing of suspected building materials would need to be performed to verify this information, and should be performed if renovation or demolition activities associated with the building are performed.

Former Use: Half of the property was a vacant old hospital, the other half an active comprehensive care center located in a mixed residential and commercial area.
