Additional Property Attributes

Located about 3 miles west of Sells Arizona, this 200 x 250 ft sized land parcel is part of the former O'odham Construction & Materials Yard, a cement plant, which began operation in 1982 and was in operation for about 10 years. This corner area has been used as a dumpsite for misc construction debris for about 25 years, and in July of 1999, a cost proposal appears in files for disposal of unopened containers of pesticides, herbicides, acetone, turpentine and a TSP cleaning agent as inventoried on site. The former pit was buried over with concrete at some point.

Former Use: O'odham Construction began operations in 1982 for about ten years. Based on historical environmental documents and interviews, a pit was formerly present that was subsequently filled with waste concrete and other unknown materials. There is some solid waste and a couple hazardous materials containers on site. The site comprises a small corner used for storage of a larger fenced property.
