Former Use: The Site is the location of former Plants 3, 7, & 10 developed by Delphi, which at the time was a division of General Motors GM. GM operated manufacturing facilities at the site until approx. 2005. Prior to the Site's use by GM, the Site was comprised of vacant farmland and residential properties. The Site is zoned I-2 industrial and is generally located in an industril/commercial area of the City.
