Additional Property Attributes

The City of South Tucson completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment ESA of the subject property. This assessment has revealed evidence of the following recognized environmental condition in connection with the property: A previous Phase I ESA report was conducted for the subject property on February 22, 2007. The report indicated that a former automotive service station, Yslas Service Station, was located on site with a property address of 107 W. 29th Street. There are no operational details associated with this site provided in the standard record and other standard records, such as underground storage tanks or hazardous waste generation, were not readily available. Therefore, it is not known whether the USTs were removed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, whether contamination exists at the site, or whether remediation of petroleum products, if leaked from the USTs, was performed. No further assessment of the site was conducted after the previous Phase I ESA, therefore additional investigation is still warranted.

Former Use: The subject property was used for an automotive service station prior to 1953 but has been used primarily for residential uses since at least 1953.
