Additional Property Attributes

The Grafton County Economic Development Corporation was able to secure a 500,000 grant from HUD which was used to purchase the property. They have applied for a 625,000 grant from EDA. The EDA Regional Director toured the facility and was impressed with the facility and the planned redevelopment.

Former Use: This property was previously owned and occupied by a furniture store. The most recent tenant was a bagel shop and furniture store. The building was acquired by the NHDOT to facilitate the reconstruction of the intersection. The facility was subsequently sold to Grafton County Economic Development Corporation.
