Additional Property Attributes

Despite the initial difficulty of selling this property due to past uses, with the help of the Portland Brownfield Program and DEQ, this once idle property is now home to Marsee Bakery.

Former Use: This idle property has a history of being a G.I. Joe's and other retail establishments, a paint manufacturing shop, truck repair, and machine shop. Previous to these uses, the site was used to dump old fill material. Nearby properties include a former gas station and a buried oil-sludge pond.
