Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: From 1928 - the early 30's, this land appeared to be vacant. Mid-30's to early 60's there were improvements such as three structures: one possible canopy or building in central portion of subject property, small building along the eastern portion of subject property labeled �store� on Sanborn Map, a large rectangular building along the southern edge of the subject property labeled �auto service� on Sanborn Map, three USTs, and associated driveways/parking areas. Mid to late 1960's until present, there is a large rectangle building previously used as a laundromat, possibly a dry-cleaner, and is now vacant. Past owners/occupants include: Vend-A Cup, Joseph Parks, Florian Promowicz, Ben Navidonski, Edward Leece, Trio Laundries & Dry Cleaning, Eita Enterprises, Marium Inc., and mostly recently the GCLBA.
