Additional Property Attributes

The properties in the immediate vicinity of the Site are mixed-use consisting of various commercial entities and store front retail businesses. Reportedly, the majority of the land use near the Site dates from about 1900 to 1910. The Site's initial improvements consist of a two-story structure with a one-story banquet hall, that was initially developed as an auditorium. These improvements were completed in 1938 and then substantially renovated in 1960. The structure is approximately 13,075 square feet in size excluding the attic storage area and has historical been utilized as city offices, the public library, community hall, and fire station. Historic land use in the immediate area of the Site has consisted of various commercial uses for approximately 100 years. Historically documented uses of environmental concern within immediate area of the Site include dry cleaners, automotive garages, and print shops.
