Additional Property Attributes

POI-3 was identified as a historic scrap metal dumpsite. An earlier site investigation was found suitable for unrestricted use, with the exception of a site on the eastern side of the site POI-3. This was determined suitable for industrial or commercial use. The small site is the subject if this cleanup, to re-mediate to allow unrestricted use.

Former Use: Site address location: Corner of Admiral Sherman Blvd and Neptune Ave, Tiyan, Guam. The site is located on a hill opposite the FAA control tower.
