Additional Property Attributes

The Property has a 30,000 square foot unoccupied building and a 10,000 square foot attached garage. � The building was used as a retirement home. It is currently unoccupied. The west side of the building was built in the mid 1960s. Asbestos can be found in the ceiling tiles,mudded pipe fittings, and drywall compound. The east side of the building was built in the 1980s and does not have any asbestos. The 10,000 square foot garage is used to store furniture. � The Subject Property is flat with a gentle slope to the northeast. The Property?s geology consists of Hennesey Shale. Soils at the Subject Property are classified as Norge Soils.
