Additional Property Attributes

At the time of this report, the site contained a 0.92 acre warehouse and light manufacturing facility. A prospective purchaser, Turtle Island Development, was interested in building 100 affordable housing units with ground floor space for Portland Public School classrooms and a community center. Although a Phase II ESA had been previously conducted, a lender requested an updated Phase I ESA. Before an updated Phase I could be complete, the owner of the property dropped out of the program as he was not interested in city involvement and agreed to provide reports himself to the city developer.

Former Use: Light industrial and manufacturing.
