Additional Property Attributes

This assessment revealed the presence of the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property: � Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. is assessing residential and commercial structures within the Ajo town site to determine whether historic mining- and smelter-related operations in Ajo have resulted in elevated concentrations of metals in the soil Assessment of the subject property has not been conducted. Prior to new development, additional assessment should be conducted and soil samples should be collected and analyzed for eight RCRA metals to identify potential impacts to soil and/or groundwater. Allwyn Environmental performed a Limited Asbestos Survey of the structure located on the subject property. On February 23, 2011, fourteen samples of various building materials were collected (plus 15 s for 29 analyses) and submitted to Fiberquant Analytical Services for analysis by polarized light microscopy (PLM). The Limited Asbestos Survey revealed the presence of Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in the following locations: � Sample 2, collected from the Wall System of the Kitchen, revealed a of off-white texture/joint compound than contains greater than 1-2 Chrysotile Asbestos. � Sample 14, collected from the structure, revealed transite pipe that contains 10-20 Chrysotile Asbestos and 2-5 Crocidolite Asbestos. Allwyn Environmental performed a Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Inspection of the structure located on the subject property. On February 23, 2011, selected sites of the structure were surveyed for the presence of LBP using a spectrum portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) Paint Analyzer. Mr. Derek Koller of Allwyn Environmental took 90 readings (6 Calibration Readings, and 84 Inspection Readings) at selected sites within the structure. Allwyn Environmental�s LBP assessment revealed the presence of LBP in the following locations: � Exterior - The green window casings, window shutters, door system, and baseboards on the western exterior. - The white painted walls on the western exterior. - The white and green painted walls on the eastern exterior. � Interior - The brown shelving units that separate the living room from Bedroom 3. - The peach northern wall of Bedroom 1. - The blue and green surfaces on the northern wall of the Laundry Room. - The door on the eastern wall of the Laundry Room that leads to the Kitchen. - The green cabinet doors near the stairwell in the Kitchen.

Former Use: The subject property has been used for residential purposes since at least 1962.
