Additional Property Attributes

According to Habitat for Humanity of Estes Valley, the planned use for the property is demolition of the current property building and redeveloping the property �for a use that benefits the community, which likely will include construction of one or more units of affordable housing.�

Former Use: The property is currently developed with a vacant, one-story commercial building containing approximately 1,800 square feet of interior floor space, and is owned by the Estes Park Community Resource Center, Inc. The property has been utilized as a storage/maintenance facility for numerous construction/excavation companies from at least 1955 to circa 2005 and has been vacant since.
