Additional Property Attributes

Phase I and Phase II ESAs performed to evaluate the presence of possible contaminants. As part of the Phase II assessment, soil samples were collected for analysis of gasoline and diesel hydrocarbon constituents near a former aove-ground heating oil tank and for siliver and mercury near an abanded septic tank. Samples of construction materials were collected and analyzed for asbestos and lead content. A mercury vapor survey was conducted inside the structures to assess whether mercury associated with the former dental office is present in breathing air at concentrations of concern.

Former Use: The site was undeveloped before 1975. The buildings on the perperty were constructed in 1975 and used primarily as medical and dental offices until 1999. Planned future use is for a community multi-purpose building.
