Site is located within the boundaries of the EPA funded City of Atlanta Area-Wide project study area. It is one of 14 sites provided by local residents through a community nomination process as part of the December 2011 Public Outreach Workshop. The property is not currently owned by the City of Atlanta nor does the city currently have plans to acquire the site at this time.The Fast Fill Food Mart is listed as having 4 USTs removed and 3 USTs installed in 1986-87. No releases have been reported for this facility

Former Use: The property contains a gas station and Food Mart built in 1973.Similar businesses have operated on-site since at least 1962. Property was residential prior to that time.
