Site is located within the boundaries of the EPA funded City of Atlanta Area-Wide project study area.It is one of 14 sites provided by local residents through a community nomination process as part of the December 2011 Public Outreach Workshop. The property is not currently oiwned by the City of Atlanta nor does the City have plans to acquire the site at this time.

Former Use: The property appears undeveloped in 1925. Records indicate one parcel was developed with a small store in 1939. By 1978, another store had been erected on-site and both remain as currently unoccupied structures.
