Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of two (2) parcels. The subject property is located in a commercial area of downtown Kingstree. An active railline is located to the east of the subject property with the terrain sloping towards the railline.

Former Use: The Springfield Holt property is currently occupied by a vacant former grocery store, that was recently refurbished for office space. The western portions of both subject properties are an asphalt paved parking area that is currently in use.
