Property Highlights

Property A will have the Casino and the gas station on it. The junk vehicles, open sewer trench, and the abandaned well are not on the section that is under construction. There are no RECs in the part under construction.

Former Use: Property A is approximately 75 acres, with th following located on the subject property: North of Nebraska State Hwy 12 residential housing which includes: Northeast corner open trench filled with sewer water and a pile of concrete debris. Northwest corner trash pile of old furniture and storage materials located behind trailer. Over 20 junk vehicles are scattered throughout the residential housing property. Four (4) pole-mounted transformers. .South of Nebraska State Hwy 12 Pastureland/rangeland which includes: -Old farmstead known as Robinette Farmstead on the south edge of subject property with an abandoned domestic water well located approximately in the middle of the farmstead. Please note that western half of the Robinette Farmstead is located in Property B, but was assessed with the eastern half as one entity and included into Property A.
