Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: There is currently a building 20 yards on the south side of the property and 200 yards behind the building is a house. The house is a one story single family residence built after 1978. A 20 ft long by 10 ft wide by 8 ft deep hole was dug on the subject property for construction debris. In the northwest corner of the hole is a 2-inch black polyethylene-pipe. There is a white 4-inch pvc pipe in the hole as well. There was a hydrochoridic barrel and a liquidfied petroleum gas tank located beside one of the buildings located on the subject property. No phase II is required. No Recognized Environmental Contaminants could be seen. The barrels were closed and no leaks were coming from the barrels. The pipes where part of the septic system for the house that stood in that spot.
