Former Use: Textile mill 1887-1950�s owned byRoddey, Barron & others Penny Millsand Manufactured cotton broadcloth and gabardine fabrics. 1950�s-1974 owned by Mount Vernon Mills and manufactured broadcloth and gabardine fabrics. 1976-1996 owned by Bob Brewer and Leased to Facet Glass Sales, who manufactured fiberglass bathtubs and showers 1990-1996 owned Arcade Textiles dissolved 12/20/99for Dyeing and finishing knit fabrics 1996-2002 Purchased by FMRA, LLC who used it for various purposes until it burned down in 1997. 2002-2005 owned Rock Hill Council of Neighborhoods who Began environmental assessment and demolition of the structure 2005-Present owned by City of Rock Hill who has demolished all remaining structures, begun redevelopment of the surrounding area, and is completing the final phase of cleanup and redevelopment at the property. No Futher Action Letter VCC 03-5145- NRP issued on June 18, 2013.
