Additional Property Attributes

The site was operated by Davidson Collision as an auto body shop from the early 1960's until it went out of business in March 1993. Reopened briefly in June 1993 under new management and name of Southwedge Collision. The City foreclosed on the property in 2004 and entered the State's BCP Program. Building was demolished in 2005 by the City leaving the site vacant.

Former Use: Davidson�s Collision was operated as an auto body shop from the early 1960�s until going out of business in March 1993. While Davidson�s Collision was in operation, the property was owned by Mr. Dave Davidson. During an unknown period of time, prior to going out of business, Davidson�s Collision had been operated by Mr. William Farmer. His business arrangement (i.e. managing or leasing the auto body shop) with Mr. Davidson is not known. In June 1993 the auto body shop reopened under the new name of Southwedge Collision, owned by Mr. Bob Andrews. In May 1994, the ownership of the property was transferred to Andrews Realty, Inc. the property was later abandoned and became tax delinquent. The city foreclosed on the property in October 2004.
