Additional Property Attributes

Lead and asbestos in the building was cleaned up with State funding through the DEQ Site Cleanup Assistance Program. Reused as a criminal justice complex.

Former Use: The subject property has a one-story building containing a Drill Floor, IFR (Indoor-Firing Range), kitchen, offices, classrooms, and two latrines. Built in the 1970s, the armory was occupied by the Army National Guard until recently when the ownership was transferred to the City of Duncan.
