Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property began operating as a regional mall in 1960 with a motel and many retail and food service tenants. By 2010 it had declined and was mostly vacant. This project to revitalize the property broke ground in May 2012. When fully built-out, the new Winrock Town Center will host a 16-screen IMAX theater, numerous retail, entertainment, restaurant, office, residential, hospitality and community uses.
