Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property is in the town of Klamath Glen, accessible from State Highway 169, a minor artery of US Highway 101. Adjacent lands to the north, east and south are forested undeveloped lands. The western boundary of the Subject Property is bordered by Terwer Creek, a tributary to the Klamath River. In 2008, the Yurok Tribe Fisheries Program conducted a wetlands restoration project on the south west portion of the Subject Property. / The property was a former saw mill that was in operation in the 1920s by Arrow Mills Forest Products. A Solid Waste Facility and Landfill as a Wood Waste Disposal Site was inspected and closed in 1987. Currently, the Subject Property is used as storage for hay, farm equipment, heavy machinery, water storage tanks and gravel. / Title was vested in: Simpson Resource Company, A Washington Corporation until it was reorganized as Green Diamond Resource Company, a foreign corporation.
