No RECS at site when Phase I ESA was completed.

Former Use: Topographical Maps indicate that the subject property was undeveloped from 1905 until 1957. In 1958, aerial photography revealed that the subject property, albeit vacant, was located within the central portion of a fenced-in area that was also occupied by a combination of apparent commercial and residential structures. Currently, the subject property is vacant and undeveloped and there is no indication that it has ever been developed and/or used for any other purpose than the occasional storage of equipment and/or materials.
