Additional Property Attributes

Former "Mix N Match" building was purchased and redeveloped by private developer. Building has been completely renovated with two commercial office suites and 16 apartments. Building renovated as a "green" building with roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, a solar hot water system, and energy efficient building practices.

Former Use: The property is located near an active rail line in the downtown area. The property had been occupied by lumber operations from at least 1887 through 1964. On the property are three warehouse/store structures. Each of these structures appears to have had some relation to the past lumber operations.
