Additional Property Attributes

Phase II ESA identified the following: � Several PAHs and RCRA metals detected in Range 1 soil below Statewide Standards. � TEH as waste oil detected at SB4 and several RCRA metals detected at SB3 in Range 2 soil below Statewide Standards. � TEH as waste oil and several RCRA metals detected in groundwater below Statewide Standards. Report recommended no further action based on the findings.

Former Use: A 1941 historical photograph depicts the property as a vacant lot with a railroad siding and potential materials storage. The property has contained light industrial development and a railroad siding since 1960. The current property owner indicated the buildings were part of the Rath Meatpacking Plant and that they were used for corn feed storage and storage space for boxes and cans. Property currently contains �Mart Buy the River� (northern and southern buildings). Property owner indicated the middle building on the is leased to a logistics/warehousing company.
