Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 22 acre property information encompasses the current Boulevard Crossing Park. and a large portion of unused land. The site is bordered by Boulevard and Englewood Avenues on the east and south in Atlanta. The property appears to have been initially developed in the 1960s andhas been used in a variety of automotive uses. A portion of the site has been identified as an abandoned sanitary landfill. The site is currenly cleared of surface evidence of past site uses. The site is unused except for two soccer fielda.There is a wet area in the in the heavily wooded area at the eastern end of the site. The site is crossed by Georgia Power Company transmission lines.
