Per MDEQ letter dated 9/26/2014 "even though the MDEQ cannot issue a No Further Action letter for this site, it has no ions to this property being developed with the understanding that 1) based on available information, MDEQ cannot determine whether this site is contaminated, and 2) MDEQ does not generally make geotechnical recommendations for site building suitability."
