Additional Property Attributes

Since 2008, property utilized by Lowndes County and City of Columbus to store seized vehicles, a coroner's office, a SWAT and K-9 training facility, and animal control office. From the 1980s until 2003, property usage was a medical supply manufacturer. MDEQ issued NFA letter 3/19/2014.

Former Use: Currently used by City of Columbus and Lowndes County to store seized vehicles, coroners's office, animal control, SWAT/K-9 training. Property previously used for manufacture of medical supplies. Prior to 2005 property owned by Don DePriest. DePriest donated the property to Mississippi State University in 2005. City of Columbus/Lowndes County bought the property from MS State University in 2008.

Last use as a Warehouse. Potential purchaser may be an ammunition manufacturer.
