Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Valley Glass located at 1903 3rd Avenue East in Kalispell Montana. The subject property consists of Lot 1 of the South Valley Subdivision. The parcel is a rectangular tract encompassing 75 010 square-feet (1.722 acres). The Site is located in the South Central Business District of Kalispell. The existing structures include the front showroom and office a shop/fabrication addition and two large warehouses. One warehouse is heated and the other is used for cold storage. The age of the structures range from 1978 to 2007. The site is located within southern City limits and is zoned General Business (B-2). Title records indicate that a land patent was originally obtained by Edward Trueman from the United States General Land Office on April 20 1891. AWC personnel researched property ownership records at the Flathead County Plat Room for the previous 35 years.
